Emmanuel College

At this time, Emmanuel College has no plans for a new "Proposed Institutional Project" as that term is defined in the Code; is not adding new land area to the Emmanuel College IMP; is not proposing any changes to the 2012 Emmanuel IMP which would constitute a change in use, dimensional, parking or loading elements thereof (other than de minimus dimensional changes); and does not anticipate any greater impacts from the continuation of the implementation of the 2012 Emmanuel IMP than that which were originally evaluated. The requested two-year renewal will enable Emmanuel College to undertake a study and evaluation of the needs of the college in preparation for the filing of the next 10-year IMP.
