A parcel of land (“Parcel”) located at 90 Antwerp Street in Brighton, to be redeveloped with up to 24 units of homeownership housing, at least 50 percent of which shall be affordable to households earning between 70 and 120 percent of Area Median Income, as well as publicly accessible open space.

An Open House will be held on Monday, October 23, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the Josephine Fiorentino Community Center, 123 Antwerp Street, Brighton, MA. The Open House will enable residents and any interested parties to learn about the proposals, and talk to the proponents and Selection Committee members.
