Description:

This is a virtual Public Meeting for the proposed 1305 Hyde Park Ave project located in the Hyde Park neighborhood of Boston. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Small Project Review Application that was filed and its potential impacts. The meeting will include a presentation by the developer followed by questions and comments from the public.

The Proposed Project is a four-story building comprised of forty-two (42) residential units on floors two through four. Level one consists of the residents' lobby, bike storage, and parking for 42 vehicles. There is also a loading/drop-off area to service the building.
