New Project Proposed for 800 Huntington Avenue in Mission Hill

Oct 22, 2010

Earlier this week, The Beal Companies submitted a small project review application for 800 Huntington Avenue in Mission Hill. The developer is seeking approval for the renovation and expansion of the existing building to accommodate a new state of the art medical offices and outpatient medical clinic. The current building is a two-story concrete building that was constructed more than 50 years ago. Most recently, it served as the home of the Immune Disease Institute (formerly known as the Center for Blood Research Institute.) The developer is proposing to construct a new structured parking facility as well as an additional-story above the existing building. The final building would be approximately 83,000 square feet and contain approximately 175-200 parking spaces.

The public comment period runs through November 12, 2010. Comments should be directed to Erico Lopez, Project Manager.
