Downtown Waterfront Municipal Harbor Plan: RFP Issued

The BRA requests a Downtown Municipal Harbor Plan and a zoning analysis to codify the Use and Development Guidelines for the Rose Fitzgerald Kennedy Greenway District.
The requirements:
- Develop a Watersheet Activation and Public Realm Plan for the Downtown Waterfront District that identifies public benefits, facilities, infrastructure, improvements, and programming to activate the waterfront area.
- Develop a Municipal Harbor Plan for the Downtown Waterfront District, in conformance with 310 CMR 9.00 Waterways and 301 CMR 23.00 Review and Approval of Municipal Harbor Plans.
- Evaluate and analyze existing land use controls governing the Greenway District.
- Provide land use and zoning recommendations for implementation of the Greenway District Use and Development Guidelines.
Purchase the RFP for $150.00 at the Office of the Executive Director/Secretary, BRA, Boston City Hall, One City Hall Square, 9th Floor, Boston, MA 02201. Only respondents who purchase a copy of the RFP will be eligible to submit a proposal. A Bidder’s Conference will be held on Tuesday, September 18 at 11:00 a.m. in the BRA Board Room, 9th Floor, Boston City Hall, One City Hall Square Boston, MA 02201. All responses to this RFP are to be submitted to the Office of the Executive Director/Secretary, BRA no later than 12 noon on October 5, 2012.
