Oct 12, 2012

The Elections Department for Boston needs your help. There's plenty to do on Election Day: open and close the polls, hang and remove signs in accordance with legal requirements, count ballots, check in voters, log the day's activities, check handicap access, check final counts, and more.  Poll workers are paid.  Stipends range from $135-$175. There is a special need for bilingual speakers who speak Spanish, Cape Verdean, Vietnamese, Chinese, Haitian Creole, Russian, Portuguese, and Somali. Help make Election Day in Boston great by working one of Boston's 254 polls, and follow @BostonElections for all the news on Boston's Election Day.  Apply here.
