Downtown Crossing: A Growing Neighborhood

Millennium Place and 45 Province are Selling Fast!
Millennium Partners announced that
Millennium Place
, under construction on the corner of Avery and Washington streets in Downtown Crossing, is 51% sold. The 15-story residential building opened its sales center in mid-October 2012 and has sold 130 residences. The building consists of 256 residences, with one, two, and three bedroom units, ranging in size from 775 SF to 2,360 SF. It also features 14 penthouses, many with private terraces. On schedule, move-ins at Millennium Place begin in fall 2013.
Just down the street from Millennium Place, 45 Province is 80% sold. The building developed by the Abbey Group is 31-stories and home to 137-units. The $160 million building opened in 2009 and includes an 8-level parking facility and a health club on two floors.
