Description: Please note new date and location: this meeting, originally scheduled for October 5, has been rescheduled for October 25 at the IBEW Local 103. Land Use guides what type of activities and buildings are allowed in the neighborhood. The purpose of this workshop is to have a dialogue with the community about the future land uses that would shape a vision for the Study Area. The planning team will facilitate small group discussions to explore where to preserve, enhance, and grow through patterns of land use. The PLAN initiative is an opportunity to think strategically about the future of Glover’s Corner. In close partnership with the community, we will explore what and where to preserve, enhance, and grow. The goal of this planning initiative is to establish goals and strategies for the Study Area to guide short- and long-term investments and to serve as a foundation for updating zoning.
