| Economic Equity is a common
thread that runs through many of the Walsh Administration’s departments.
Mayor Walsh has convened a working group to ensure a coordinated effort to present the Administration’s
Economic Equity Agenda. This report presents the four main themes of
the Economic Equity Agenda as income and employment, wealth creation, business development, and economic mobility for the community and the
next generation.

the Boston Redevelopment Authority for the Mayor’s Office of
New Bostonians, that provides a comprehensive profile of Boston’s
diverse immigrant communities and their numerous contributions
to the city’s social, cultural, and economic landscape.
It is part of an ongoing effort to celebrate new Bostonians and
gain insight into how our city is shaped by their presence.
